"A number of our officers reporting for responsibility that morning, since this occurred in shut proximity to our law enforcement station, did notice a motor vehicle functioning recklessly in a significant level of velocity, passing people in no passing zones, driving the incorrect way over a road," stated Groton Law enforcement Main Louis Fusaro.>
